The seller can designate a day for delivery, we cannot approve requests for specific times.
We can hold items from your purchase for a short amount of time if you need to store your purchase.
What our delivery service does NOT
- Clearing a path into the room or moving any existing items
- Removal of old furniture or mattresses
What our delivery service includes:
- Assembly of your merchandise
- Delivery to your home and set up in the room of your choice
- Items requiring power will be set up in your home and we will show you how to operate the controls
When will I be contacted for delivery?
-Your delivery consultant will contact you as soon as your furniture has been received in our warehouse. They will be sure to schedule it on a day that works for you.
What happens if my product is in stock?
-Your sales consultant will book your delivery date at the time of purchase
What happens on the day of my delivery?
-Unless otherwise notified, your delivery will arrive on the day scheduled. You are welcome to leave an alternate number with your sales consultant. The delivery team will contact you up to an hour ahead of time to ensure that you are home.
What if nobody is home when the delivery team arrives?
If something changes and you cannot be home that day, please contact the store as soon as possible so alternate arrangements can be organized. In the event that no one allows the delivery to take place, the delivery will need to be rescheduled and an additional fee will be charged.
