Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (859) 272-8323 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

At the customer's request, we can hold purchased merchandise for up to 30 days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.

Refunds:

All sales are final, no refunds. All exchanges and cancellations are subject to seller approval. A minimum fee of 15% of the purchase price will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on seller approved returns, exchanges or cancellations. Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up. Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as the seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. Seller can designate a day for delivery, but not a specific time. Seller cannot move, haul, or rearrange old furniture. Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on this order. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty, if any. Seller will assist the buyer in exercise of all factory warranties.

Warranty Information:

For delivered items found to have a manufacturer's defect during the first 12 months from the date it was picked up or delivered. Please call our service department and we will have a service manager help complete and resolve the issue. For all items outside the manufacturer's warranty, please contact our service department and our service manager will provide a cost estimate for repairs.

Clearance Items:

Any items that are sold as "clearance" or "as-is" condition are sold with no warranties or service. Oak Factory is not responsible for servicing such items.

Pet Policy:

Here at Oak Factory we do not allow animals of any kind to accomodate you while shopping in our showroom. We do, however; allow ADA-approved service animals that are certified and are specifically trained to aid a person with a disability. Therapy and emotional support animals do not qualify.
